Infraspeak is born!Founded by Luis Martins (CTO) and Felipe Ávila da Costa (CEO), Infraspeak’s journey to the top of FM and Maintenance begins!
2016
Positive early signs!So far, so good! We build on the success of our first year, growing our first 6 closed customers in 2015 into an impressive 29. We make our first key hires in Finance and Customer Success.
2017
Over 200% annual growth.Things are starting to pick up now! Infraspeak hits 225%+ growth for two consecutive years, dominating Portugal’s market, and begins to expand to the Brazilian market!
2018
€1.6m raised!After early investment from Caixa Capital and 500 Startups, Infraspeak raises €1.6m from Firstminute Capital (UK), Innovation Nest (Poland) & Construtech Ventures (Brazil).
2019
Global expansion begins.Now established in Portugal and Brazil, we open offices in London and Barcelona. We also launch the Infraspeak Partners program, granting access to markets such as South Africa and Botswana.
2020
Doing our bit to fight you know what.We can't sit back and do nothing! We launch key projects like Place Checkup (a safety verification service for venues) and the Tech4Covid19 movement which unites the tech community to combat the disease.
2021
€10 whole Million raised in Series ADetermined to bounce back, 2021 is busy! We raise 10 million big ones, grow to a team of 100+ infraspeakers, open a new HQ in Porto and hit the platform milestone of 1 million completed work orders.
2022
The First IFM Tour We organise the first Intelligence for Maintenance Tour, which includes 10 events in 4 countries, facilitating crucial conversation on the future of the FM and Maintenance industry.
2023
+€17.5M Series A extensionAn additional €7.5M was raised in 2023. Infraspeak Gear™ got more powerful, Infraspeak Network™ was launched, and the platform became (even more) user-friendly with core updates to Infraspeak Next™.
2024
€18M Series B powers international growth€18M raised in oversubscribed Series B funding round. The investment marks a new step in the company’s journey to becoming the global go-to platform for collaborative facilities management.
